Inspiration Monday: Love at First Fight

This week in InMona-mana (dodo, dododo): Aaaaand we’re back. In other news: I was sitting at dinner squinting blankly as a bunch of gamers talked about how “Killing Threedog would ruin my karma,” and “I met the behemoth outside the radio station,” I waited for a pause in the conversation to announce: “I was plotting the other day and came up with a great inciting incident, but then I hit a hole and realized I needed more backstory.”

Gamer proceeds to tell me about a song in a game with the phrase “inciting incident.” Sigh.

Inspiration…Postponed?

Yes, InMonsters, I fear I must apologize again. Duty calls this eve and I have no time to enjoy your fantastic submissions from last week.

I look forward to giving them their due time soon, and I shall be back next week with fresh prompts in tow.

Thank you again for your patience – thank you always for your art.

Inspiration Monday: Quiet Light

This week on Stage InMon: I’ve gotten into the habit of telling people corny jokes and then snorting and slapping my knee while everyone else just chuckles politely. Should I be worried?
