Okay, guys. I see those raised eyebrows. You can push them right back down. “XXX” is a Roman numeral for “30.” No explicit content is required or desired. Of course, there are still no rules for InMon, but I’ll love you more if you keep it PG. : )
Meanwhile, read some of last week’s brilliant submissions!

The Rules
There are none. Read the prompts, get inspired, write something. No word count minimum or maximum. You don’t have to include the exact prompt in your piece, and you can interpret the prompt(s) any way you like.
OR
No really; I need rules!
Okay; write 200-500 words on the prompt of your choice. You may either use the prompt as the title of your piece or work it into the body of your piece. You must complete it before 6 pm CST on the Monday following this post.
The Prompts:
Better left unsaid
Hidden since the beginning of time
Don’t let me go
An odd thing to steal
The only way to stop him
Want to share your Inspiration Monday piece? Post it on your blog and link back to today’s post; I’ll include a link to your piece in the next Inspiration Monday post. No blog? Email your piece to me at bekindrewrite (at) yahoo (dot) com.

Happy writing!

Sooo, on further reflection (that is, after Kay pointed it out), I realized this is not InMon 30 after all, and last week was not InMon 29; it was 24. But since many of you have already labeled posts with those numbers, I’m leaving the title of this post as-is. Next week we’ll switch to InMon titles!
I’m a new subscriber. I think I’m going to love your work. Keep it up!
Thanks for the sub, Michael! I’ll make sure you’re not disappointed. : )

Here’s mine! I’m a bit early here. And thank you for the prompts 🙂

So, I was hoping you wouldn’t give me anything to easily turn XXX.
These are all just too tempting. Every single one of them. I blame you for what I come up with. 🙂
I’ll try very hard to keep it PG. But I’m thinking it’s going to be more like PG-13.
Seriously? They seem so harmless to me.
PG-13 is better than R. : )
Wait…. we’re not on XXX already. Aug 2 was XXIII (23). Aug 8 was XXIX but… shouldn’t it have been XXIV? So this one should be XXV.
Good grief. This is the second time I’ve done this. The mistake was actually last week, but nobody called me on it so I didn’t notice. Argh! The sad part is, Marantha sent me a little guide to Roman numerals, but I haven’t really looked at it yet, because I already understand the basics. I just wasn’t paying enough attention. I suppose 2 mistakes out of 24 is not so bad. Maybe I should start naming them with one of the prompts! Yeah!
…Anyway, thanks for pointing that out. : )

Here is a supplement to the above:
4:47am – an experiment
Please let me know what you think.
Hi…I had put a comment as soon as I finished my post for the Inspirational Monday but there seems to have been some trouble for it…so here it is again:
